1991.08-1996.07，中科院感光化学研究所，有机化学，理学博士；
1996.08-1998.06，中科院感光化学研究所，历任助研、副研；
1998.06-2000.06，美国夏威夷大学，博士后；
2000.06-2023.06，中科院理化技术研究所，历任研究员、博士生导师、课题组长、业务处长、副所长。
2023.07-至今，中科院理化技术研究所，所长。

中国化学会光化学专业委员会副主任

研究方向：

长期从事有机光化学、光物理领域的基础和应用开发研究：
（1）光疗药物：研究光敏药物同生物大分子相互作用机制，发展对肿瘤细胞和致病菌具有高效光杀伤能力的新型光敏药物；
（2）光化学合成：研究光反应的机理及放量技术，利用光化学反应制备药物及药物中间体，探索光化学反应绿色化学化工领域的应用。
